Inside and outside control of the realty twice a month and a special perambulation in case of storms and other weather predicaments

• plumbing and wiring control plus all the external doors and windows check

• airing of the realty plus watering of the flowers and other plants on the premises

• submittance of a monthly report (photos included) to the owner of the real-estate via e-mail

Includes the Standard package plus:

• Receiving the mail and settling bills on behalf of the owner

• Taking care of minor repairs (up to one hour of work)

• Seasonal cleaning of the realty and all the windows, prior to the owner's arrival

The exact dates of the real-estate perambulation (check tour) are negotiated with the owner

Each additional (previously not scheduled) working hour of our employees will be charged 15 euros

Each additional working hour of the project manager (to settle any administrative issues) will be charged 20 euros

For a non scheduled check-tour of the real-estate with a report submitted to the owner we will charge 70 euros

With experience as one of our main assets, and construction being our main line of work,you can count on us to remove all the existing imperfections and afterwards reconstruct or build more.
